Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. For cancellation or change of trip traveler have to call us 24*7 at out contact number or cancel through website.  In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:

  1. Multi Day trip : The charge for the first day or the booking amount would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the user ,if applicable.

  2. Single Day trip : No Refund will be issued to the user.

  3. Airport transfer: No Cancellation Charges if Cancelled at least 2 hours prior of pickup time.

For any reason driver takes too long reach at desired pickup point than cancellation charge will be waived off and cancellation request will be made at your end.

In case of NO SHOW from your end , i.e. traveler have not reached at pickup location and is unreachable through his registered mobile number on pickup date and time , than driver will wait reasonably for 30 min more from the scheduled time of booking and thereafter may treat the booking as cancelled with no refunds.

If the booking is cancelled after the alignment of driver for your trip than the booking with be considered as NO-SHOW and no refund will be done.

 

Refunds
